Cancellation & Refunds policy

At OKAZ Biotech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare, biotechnology, and nutrition products. Due to the nature of our products and in the interest of customer safety, product integrity, and hygiene, we maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before dispatch.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure:

  • Product safety and quality

  • Compliance with health and hygiene standards

  • Protection of all customers from tampered or improperly stored products

Accordingly, all sales are considered final once products have been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • A product with visible shipping damage

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing aftab.okaz97@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

Upon verification of the issue, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product, or

  • Issue an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Claims submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for review.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.

  • A verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product claim is approved by our team.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Failure to read product information before ordering

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
